Feedback

Last week I had my feedback from my tutor about my progression so far in the course. I am halfway through Part 3, but this was from the beginning up until end of Assignment 2.
The video call was very useful as I feel this was equivalent to a face to face chat and I could go through it thoroughly with any questions etc. rather than just reading a load of text and getting lost.
As with any subject, and any person, there is always room for improvement, and reworking. My tutors’ comments were spot on and I could see very clearly where I needed to improve.
I have had time to think and reflect on my work so far over the past week, but as I am in the middle of Part 3, I feel it would be more beneficial if I finished at least this part, before reworking, and looking back over my work.
I will be writing in depth about my feelings about my feedback and how and what I will do in order to progress from this.
I feel that reworking is very important as this clearly shows that you have taken on board the feedback and progressed your work by adding to it, improving from the original submitted content. Leaving already submitted work on your website is vital, as this shows you did the work, then made it better. Instead of deleting it and all your hard work just to put up an improved piece. It shows the learning clearly and process leading to your final shoot.
In all, this has been a rather long blog post, but I will be looking on how to improve my work from the feedback provided and to re-working my work so I may have a better chance of passing the degree.
Below is another image, of the Icelandic landscape, which is breath taking!
